ride on Saturday April 23rd

Hello all - I was very impressed by the 17 riders who braved the +1c and snow pellets last Saturday for the Rawdon Hills ride - congrats to all who rode, it was a challenging day!

This Saturday, we have a course that's quite a bit easier with much less climbing, albeit slightly longer.  This ride is entitled, "Beaver Bank - Nine Mile River".

Link to the route is https://ridewithgps.com/routes/11687486.

The ride will assemble at the Armdale Roundabout to depart at 10AM. Distance is 130km.

We'll make out way out of town via Kearney Lake and Kingswood North and Millwood to the Beaver Bank Road.  At Rawdon, we'll continue to Cheese Factory Corner and Nine Mile River to Elmsdale for a bite to eat, then back in via Wellington and Waverley to Bedford to Halifax again.  As there are not many stores once past Beaver Bank, be sure to bring some pocket food with you.
