Hi folks – this Saturday we have our final brevet ride of the year, designed by our own Adam Pearce.
This ride is entitled, “Rawdon – Burntcoat 200”. Link to the route is https://ridewithgps.com/routes/29036135
This ride will assemble at the carpool parking lot at St Croix, off Highway 101. Departure time is 8AM. Distance will be 200km.
We’ll head through Brooklyn and Scotch Village on our way to West Gore and Gore, then continue to MacPhee Corner and Georgefield on our way to the first controle at Maitland. We’ll then ride the length of the Noel Shore to Walton (second controle) and Burlington (3rd controle), then visit the scenic Avondale loop on our way back to Brooklyn and back to St Croix.
As this is a brevet ride, I need riders to notify me by Thursday evening Sept 12th so that I may prepare brevet cards for you.
Any riders wishing to earn a medal for this ride are requested to bring $15 with them to the ride.
